about saying goodbye

1. i am tired and want to junk up adrian's blog even more than i have already done.
2. today is my last day at work. goodbye is difficult, and tense, and sad, and happy.
3. refer point 1. above and assist me. http://thevelvetwiggle.livejournal.com.
4. refer point 2. i ought seek divine intervention.
5. refer points 1 and 3. d'you reckon i can make him angry with 5-7 more posts? or will it merely make him feel loved?
6. refer points 2 and 4. am i allowed to seek divine intervention from any deity i choose? does buddha provide divine intervention? is buddha a deity? he's sitting right here. he'd know how to give a proper farewell.

It is difficult to ascertain the degree to which further terrorism of Adrian's blogs are necessary. True, that particular posting was deserving of mockery, but also true is the fact that he would feel loved by the attention. Perhaps petitioning strangers to insult him randomly would wear him down, eventually. Or maybe that would convince him that these people like him also. Quite the conundrum...

Also, divine intervention is not always as easy to come by as you would hope. The other night we were considering petitioning Shiva to come and hang out with us at the house, maybe clean the place up a bit, but then realised that this would probably involve converting to Hinduism, which seemed like far too much effort to get the house clean. It is still dirty.

Hey, this is fun, it certainly breaks up the monotony of the day. I feel that perhaps indulging in half a bottle of homemade absynth last night was not a good idea, but because I can't bring my mental faculties to the fore I am unable to decide whether I feel this way because I am hungover, because I am pretty sure that I have pushed my liver over the edge, or because I am simply bored and trying to fill in my time and someone elses blog space with pointless musings... Hmmm...

The workers will rise up against the oppressive regime of blog terrorists, and bring them crashing to the ground. Eventually. Or they could just delete unwanted postings... Modest Mouse are great by the way, Reen...

modest mouse are not *that* great. anyhoo, y'all slept on the moon and antarctica and didn't arrive on the scene until the O.C. sponsored, indie-anthem "float on" propelled a heretofore hand-to-mouth, struggling outfit into the scenesters' consciousness. it'll never happen to built to spill (thank god). also, unfortunate enough to hear an awful neutral milk hotel cover on aforementioned teen drama to accompany the equally putrid forever young by sydney's own youth group.

X recommends, for lovers of humble rodents who wish to stay ahead of the curve, wolf parade "apologies to the queen mary" on subpop and produced by mm's isaac brook.

also, update your blog, woman!
